TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SITES AND OUR SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT EXPRESSLY AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SITES OR OUR SERVICES. THIS “TERMS OF SERVICE” AGREEMENT IS EFFECTIVE AS OF 10/01/2017.
The following Terms of Service agreement (the “TOS”) is a legally binding agreement that shall govern the relationship with our users and others who may interact or interface with Ecotree Flooring and our subsidiaries and affiliates in association with the use of the website, which includes Ecotree Flooring (“EcotreeFlooring.com,” “Ecotree Flooring,” “Ecotree,” “the site,” “our site,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) and it’s services, which shall be defined below
EcotreeFlooring.com is an e-commerce website that sells flooring, flooring products, flooring materials, carpet, area rugs, accessories, and tools. Any and all visitors to our site, whether they are registered or not, shall be considered “users” of the services provided for the purpose of this TOS. Once a user registers for our services, through the process of creating an account, the user shall then be deemed a “member.”
The user and/or member acknowledges and agrees that the services provided and made available through our site and applications, which may include some mobile applications, and that those applications may be made available on various social media networking sites and numerous other platforms and downloadable programs, are the sole property of Ecotree Flooring. At its discretion, Ecotree Flooring may offer additional website services and/or products or update, modify, or revise any content and services, and this agreement shall apply to any and all additional services and/or products and any and all updated, modified, or revised Services unless otherwise stipulated.
Ecotree Flooring reserves the right to cancel and cease offering any of the aforementioned services and/or products. The user and/or member acknowledges, accepts, and agrees that Ecotree Flooring shall not be held liable for any such modifications, updates, revisions, suspensions, or discontinuance of any of our services and/or products. Continued use of the services provided after such posting of any updates, modifications, and/or changes shall constitute acceptance of such updates, modifications, and/or changes. As such, regular review of this agreement and any and all applicable terms and policies should be made to ensure awareness of all terms and policies currently in effect. If the user and/or member does not agree to the modified, updated, revised, or modified terms, they must stop using the provided services.
Furthermore, the user and/or member understands, acknowledges, and accepts that the services offered shall be provided “AS IS.” As such, Ecotree Flooring shall not assume any responsibility or obligation for the timeliness, missed delivery, deletion, and/or any failure to store user content, communication, or personalized settings.
To register as a member of ecotreeflooring.com, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. You must also not be barred from receiving services under any laws or statutes in the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction.
By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested in the registration process and to promptly update your registration and profile information as necessary to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
If you knowingly provide false, inaccurate, or incomplete information, Ecotree Flooring reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership and refuse any and all current or future use of our services.
Ecotree Flooring is committed to protecting the safety and privacy of all its visitors, users, and members, including children. Therefore, only individuals 18 years of age or older can register as members. Children under the age of 13 are not eligible to register, and their parents or legal guardians must register on their behalf if they wish to use our services.
After completing the registration process and creating your username, password, and account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur on or through your account. It is your responsibility to notify Ecotree Flooring immediately if you notice any unauthorized access or use of your account or any other breach of security. Ecotree Flooring will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this term and condition of the TOS.
By using the Ecotree Flooring website and services, you acknowledge that you may be sending electronic communications, such as searches, emails, instant messages, and uploading files, photos, and/or videos. By using our services, you agree that these communications may result in interstate transmissions.
As the internet is a global network, you agree to comply with all local rules related to online conduct and acceptable content. The uploading, posting, and/or transferring of software, technology, and other technical data may be subject to export and import laws of the United States and other countries. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws, statutes, and regulations, including, but not limited to, the Export Administration Regulations (http://www.access.gpo.gov/bis/ear/ear_data.html) and the sanctions control program of the United States (http://www.treasury.gov/resource-center/sanctions/Programs/Pages/Programs.aspx). You also state and pledge that:
- You are not on any government export exclusion report (http://www.bis.doc.gov/complianceandenforcement/liststocheck.htm) or a member of any government that is part of an export-prohibited country identified in applicable export and import laws and regulations;
- You will not use our website and services for any military, nuclear, missile, chemical, or biological weaponry end uses that would violate U.S. export laws;
- You will not transfer any software, technology, or other technical data through our services to any export-prohibited country;
- You will not post, transfer, or upload any software, technology, or other technical data that would violate U.S. or other applicable export and/or import laws.
Ecotree Flooring shall not lay claim to ownership of any content submitted by any visitor, member, or user or make such content available for inclusion on our website services. Therefore, you hereby grant and allow for Ecotree Flooring the below listed worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive licenses, as applicable:
- Photos, audio, video, and/or graphics submitted or made available for inclusion on the publicly accessible areas of Ecotree Flooring’s sites, the license provided to permit us to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform, and/or publicly display said Content on our network services are for the sole purpose of providing and promoting the specific area in which this content was placed and/or made available for viewing. This license shall be available so long as you are a member of Ecotree Flooring’s sites and shall terminate at such time when you elect to discontinue your membership.
- The content submitted or made available for inclusion on the publicly accessible areas of Ecotree Flooring’s sites, the license provided to permit us to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform, and/or publicly display said Content on our network services is for the sole purpose of providing and promoting the specific area to which this content was placed and/or made available for viewing. This license shall be available so long as you are a member of Ecotree Flooring’s sites and shall terminate at such time when you elect to discontinue your membership.
- For any other content submitted or made available for inclusion on the publicly accessible areas of Ecotree Flooring’s sites, the continuous, binding, and completely sub-licensable license which is meant to permit us to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform, and/or publicly display said content, whether in whole or in part. The incorporation of any such Content into other works in any arrangement or medium currently used or later developed.
Those areas which may be deemed “publicly accessible” areas of Ecotree Flooring’s sites are those such areas of our network properties that are meant to be available to the general public and which would include message boards and groups that are openly available to both visitors and members. However, those areas which are not open to the public and thus available to members only would include our instant messaging and mail system.
All users and/or members of Ecotree Flooring agree to insure and hold Ecotree Flooring, our subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, officers, partners, and/or licensors blameless or not liable for any claim or demand, which may include, but is not limited to, reasonable attorney fees made by any third party, which may arise from any content a member or user of our site may submit, post, modify, transmit, or otherwise make available through our services, the use of services or your connection with these services, your violations of the Terms of Service and/or your violation of any such rights of another person.
The member or user of Ecotree Flooring agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell, nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to Ecotree Flooring’s website ecotreeflooring.com.
You acknowledge that Ecotree Flooring, located at 13051 Saticoy St, North Hollywood, CA 91605, may set up any such practices and/or limits regarding the use of our services without limitation of the maximum number of days that any email, message posting, or any other uploaded content shall be retained by Ecotree Flooring, nor the maximum number of email messages that may be sent and/or received by any member, the maximum volume or size of any email message that may be sent from or may be received by an account on our Service, the maximum disk space allowable that shall be allocated on Ecotree Flooring’s servers on the member’s behalf, and/or the maximum number of times and/or duration that any member may access our services in a given period of time. In addition, you also agree that Ecotree Flooring has absolutely no responsibility or liability for the removal or failure to maintain storage of any messages and/or other communications or content maintained or transmitted by our services. You also acknowledge that we reserve the right to delete or remove any account that is no longer active for an extended period of time. Furthermore, Ecotree Flooring shall reserve the right to modify, alter, and/or update these general practices and limits at our discretion.
Any messenger service, which may include any web-based versions, shall allow you and the individuals with whom you communicate with the ability to save your conversations in your account located on Ecotree Flooring’s servers. In this manner, you will be able to access and search your message history from any computer with internet access. You also acknowledge that others have the option to use and save conversations with you in their own personal account on Ecotree Flooring. It is your agreement to this TOS which establishes your consent to allow Ecotree Flooring to store any and all communications on its servers and can be contacted at (818) 510-9090.
Ecotree Flooring shall reserve the right, at any time it may deem fit, to alter, modify, and/or discontinue, whether temporarily or permanently, our service, or any part thereof, with or without prior notice. Ecotree Flooring will not be held liable to you or any third party for any such alteration, modification, suspension, and/or discontinuance of our services, or any part thereof.
As a member of Ecotree Flooring, you may cancel or terminate your account, associated email address, and/or access to our services by submitting a request to support@ecotreeflooring.com.
As a member, you agree that Ecotree Flooring may, without any prior written notice, immediately terminate, suspend, discontinue and/or limit your account, any email associated with your account, and access to any of our services. The cause for such termination, discontinuance, suspension, and/or limitation of access shall include, but is not limited to:
- any breach or violation of our TOS or any other incorporated agreement, regulation, and/or guideline;
- the discontinuance, alteration, and/or material modification to our services or any part thereof;
- any extended periods of inactivity;
- unexpected technical or security issues and/or problems;
- the nonpayment of any associated fees that may be owed by you in connection with your Ecotree Flooring account services;
- any engagement by you in any fraudulent or illegal activities; and/or
- by way of requests from law enforcement or any other governmental agencies.
Furthermore, you agree that any and all suspensions, terminations, discontinuances, and/or limitations of access for cause shall be made at our sole discretion and that Ecotree Flooring shall not be liable to you or any other third party with regard to the termination of your account, associated email address and/or access to any of our services.
The termination of your account with Ecotree Flooring shall include any and/or all of the following:
- the barring of any further use of all or part of our services;
- the removal of any access to all or part of the services offered within Ecotree Flooring; and
- the deletion of your password and any and all related information, files, and any such content that may be associated with or inside your account or any part thereof.
Any correspondence or business dealings with, or the participation in any promotions of, advertisers located on or through our services, which may include the payment and/or delivery of such related goods and/or services, and any such other term, condition, warranty and/or representation associated with such dealings, are and shall be solely between you and any such advertiser. Moreover, you agree that Ecotree Flooring shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any nature or manner incurred as a direct result of any such dealings or as a result of the presence of such advertisers on our website.
Either Ecotree Flooring or any third parties may provide links to other websites and/or resources. By using these links, you acknowledge and agree that Ecotree Flooring is not responsible for the availability or content of these external sites or resources. Ecotree Flooring does not endorse nor are we responsible or liable for any content, products, advertising, or any other materials on or available from these third-party sites or resources. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that Ecotree Flooring shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss that may result from or be caused by the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services made available on or through any such site or resource.
You acknowledge and agree that Ecotree Flooring’s services and any software used in connection with our services (“Software”) contain proprietary and confidential material that is protected by applicable intellectual property rights and other laws. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that any content contained in advertisements or information presented by Ecotree Flooring or by advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights and laws. Therefore, except as expressly permitted by applicable law or as authorized by Ecotree Flooring or the applicable licensor, you agree not to alter, modify, lease, rent, loan, sell, distribute, transmit, broadcast, publicly perform, and/or create any derivative works based on Ecotree Flooring’s services (e.g., content or software), in whole or in part.
Ecotree Flooring has granted you personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive rights and/or license to make use of the object code or our Software on a single computer, as long as you do not, and shall not, allow any third party to duplicate, alter, modify, create or plagiarize work from, reverse assemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise make an attempt to locate or discern any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in, and/or otherwise transfer any such right in the software. Furthermore, you agree not to alter or change the Software in any manner, nature, or form, and as such, not to use any modified versions of the software, including and without limitation, for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to our services. Lastly, you also agree not to access or attempt to access our services through any means other than through the interface provided by Ecotree Flooring for use in accessing our services.
YOU HEREIN EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
- The use of Ecotree Flooring’s services and software is at your sole risk. Our services and software shall be provided on an “as is” and/or “as available” basis. Ecotree Flooring and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors expressly disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
- Ecotree Flooring and our subsidiaries, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors make no warranty that our services or software will meet your requirements, that our services or software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that the results obtained from the use of our services or software will be accurate or reliable, that the quality of any products, services, information or other material obtained by you through our services or software will meet your expectations, and that any errors in the software will be corrected.
- No advice or information, whether written or oral, obtained by you from Ecotree Flooring or through or from our services or software shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the Terms of Service.
- Any information or material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of Ecotree Flooring’s services or software is accessed at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer or loss of data that may result from the download of such information or material.
- A small percentage of users may experience some degree of epileptic seizure when exposed to certain light patterns or backgrounds that may be contained on a computer screen or while using our services. Certain conditions may induce a previously unknown condition or undetected epileptic symptom in users who have shown no history of any prior seizure or epilepsy. If you or anyone you know or anyone in your family has an epileptic condition, please consult a physician if you experience any of the following symptoms while using our services: altered vision, dizziness, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness, disorientation, any involuntary movement, or convulsions.
You explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree that Ecotree Flooring and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any punitive, incidental, indirect, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and result from:
- The cost of procuring substitute goods and services;
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
- Statements or conduct of any third party on our service;
- The use or inability to use our service;
Any other matter relating to our service
- When picking up your materials at a nearby warehouse, if the materials sit there for more than 2 weeks, the warehouse and/or shipper may ship back your materials (as an abandoned order) back to the manufacturer’s main hub. If so, you will incur any and all restocking fees levied by the manufacturer and any shipping fees, if any. If there is any anticipated delay, please notify us at your earliest convenience, and we will attempt to negotiate a larger window for pick-up.
- In some instances where the manufacturer deems materials not shippable (due to defect or any other reason at their discretion), or they experienced an unexpected lack of stock and/or a loss in shipping, we will reach out to you to offer alternative shipping, delivery, and/or pick-up date, replacement materials, and/or a refund. However, we fully reserve the right to cancel your order and issue you a full refund if we cannot meet your required delivery, shipment, and/or pick-up dates for any reason whatsoever.
- Ecotree Flooring shall be excused for any failure to perform due to acts of God, war, riot, terrorism, embargoes, fire, explosion, strike or other differences with workmen, shortages, delay in transportation, breakdown or accident, actions taken to comply with any law or regulation, or any other cause, without limitation, beyond Seller’s exclusive control in the reasonable operation of its business. Seller will use its reasonable efforts to meet all delivery and shipping dates, but all such dates constitute good faith estimates only. Accordingly, time is not of the essence with respect to any such estimated shipping or delivery dates, and Seller shall not be liable or responsible for failure to meet any specific shipping or delivery date.
- We cannot be held responsible if any manufacturer changes construction and/or country of origin without notice. Please make us aware if you discover something is misrepresented, and we will adjust the description accordingly. Many manufacturers have new facilities under construction, and minor changes may occur.
- Any videos and/or advice we may post on Ecotree Flooring’s website (www.ecotreeflooring.com) or any third-party site are for entertainment purposes only. By visiting our site, watching videos on our site or on a third-party site that we may have posted on, or reading any advice on our site or we may have posted on a third-party site, you agree that you are responsible for your own actions and will not hold Ecotree Flooring, located at 12515 Sherman Way, North Hollywood, CA 91605 and can be reached at (818) 982-9984, liable in any way whatsoever. If you do not agree to this, then do not watch any videos and/or read any advice we may have on our site, posted on a forum, have on our YouTube page, or any of the third-party sites (such as social media) that we may post them on and do not use our services or make any purchases from us.
Please be sure to adhere to any and all safety standards, such as, but not limited to:
- Always wear eye protection.
- Always use safety guards on power equipment such as saws.
- Always be well-rested, sober, and fully alert; and
- Always have a clean work area free of obstacles.
If you plan to create or join any service or receive or request any news, messages, alerts, or other information from our services regarding companies, stock quotes, investments, or securities, please review the “Warranty Disclaimers” and “Limitations of Liability” sections again. Additionally, it is important to note that “Let the investor beware” applies to this type of information. Ecotree Flooring’s content is primarily for informational purposes and is not intended for trading or investing purposes. By accepting this TOS, you agree that you are deemed to have received any and all notices that would have been delivered if you accessed our services in an authorized manner.
You acknowledge, understand, and agree that all Ecotree Flooring trademarks, copyright, trade names, service marks, logos, and brand features, as well as product and service names, are trademarks and remain the property of Ecotree Flooring. You agree not to display or use the Ecotree Flooring logo or marks in any manner without the explicit prior consent of Ecotree Flooring
Ecotree Flooring respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide Ecotree Flooring with the following information:
- The electronic or physical signature of the copyright or intellectual property owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed upon;
- A description of the location on the Ecotree Flooring website where the alleged infringement occurs;
- Your address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and Ecotree Flooring and shall govern the use of our services, superseding any prior version of this TOS between you and us with respect to Ecotree Flooring services. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain other Ecotree Flooring services, affiliate services, third-party content, or third-party software.
It is at the mutual agreement of both you and Ecotree Flooring with regard to the TOS that the relationship between the parties shall be governed by the laws of the state of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions and that any and all claims, causes of action and/or disputes, arising out of or relating to the TOS, or the relationship between you and Ecotree Flooring shall be filed within the courts having jurisdiction within the County of Los Angeles, California or the U.S. District Court located in said state. You and Ecotree Flooring agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts as previously mentioned and agree to waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over the parties by such courts and to venue in such courts
At any time, should Ecotree Flooring fail to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS, such failure shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this TOS is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TOS remain in full force and effect.
You acknowledge, understand, and agree that your account is non-transferable, and any rights to your ID and/or contents within your account shall terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a copy of a death certificate, your account may be terminated, and all contents therein permanently deleted.
You acknowledge, understand, and agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or action arising out of or related to the use of our services or the TOS must be filed within 3 years after said claim or cause of action arose or shall be forever barred

NOTE: If you are returning your order by a common carrier, Ecotree Flooring can only accept your return if it has a return authorization. Any deliveries without a return authorization will be refused.

At Ecotree Flooring, we take pride in ensuring that all of our deliveries arrive to our customers in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that any damages or discrepancies are discovered upon receiving the delivery, we ask that you take the following steps to ensure that the issue can be resolved quickly and efficiently.
If you discover any visible damage upon receiving your delivery, please take the following steps:
- Notate the Bill of Lading. Damage not noted at the time of delivery may not be covered for refund or replacement.
- Refuse the damaged portion of the shipment. We recommend that you accept only the intact portion of your shipment and refuse the amount that is damaged. This will help us to expedite the replacement process for your damaged goods.
- Do not discard the damaged material. Once reported, the damaged material is the property of the carrier, and they will have 30 days to decide whether they wish to inspect, pick up or discard the material.
- Notify us immediately. You will have 3 business days to acknowledge your claim. Call us at (818) 510-9090 or contact us through our website. Refer to our Freight Claims Policy (below) for complete details.
If you discover any damage to your merchandise after opening the packaging, do not proceed with the installation. We will request digital photographs of all damaged merchandise, which we will use to initiate a damage claim.
Call us immediately (or within 3 business days of delivery) at (818) 982-9984 or contact us through our website to report the damage. We’ll take it from there. Refer to our Freight Claims Policy (below) for complete details.
If you receive the wrong goods or incomplete delivery, please call us right away (within 3 business days after delivery) at (818) 510-9090 or contact us through our website to report the discrepancy. A member of our staff will then contact you to provide a replacement or issue a refund.
At Ecotree Flooring, we are committed to providing the best possible service in the flooring industry. Although claims can be cumbersome, it is our intention to make the process as painless as possible for our customers. If you discover damaged or defective material prior to installation, we are happy to take care of the issue. However, installation of your order to any degree will be considered acceptance.
All claims for shortage/deduction must be made within 3 business days after receipt of goods.
Please be prepared to follow the steps below so that your claim may be processed in a timely manner:
- Provide a brief description of the issue.
- Minimum of (6) pictures clearly showing the issue.
- Reference your order number on all communications.
- Include contact information, email address, and a working phone number.
- Preferred resolution; either credit or replacement.
Ecotree Flooring is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers, and this includes our shipping policies. We only use reputable and reliable freight carriers to ensure that your order is delivered safely and in a timely manner.
The “Estimated Ship Date” is an estimate until we confirm with the warehouse that stock is immediately available for your order. We will update you as soon as possible. You can always contact us before placing your order to confirm stock availability or estimated backorder time. If there is an unacceptable backorder date for your purchase, we will fully refund your order. We source all of our products from manufacturers, ensuring that you receive first-quality goods with a full warranty from Ecotree Flooring. However, this also means that in some situations, when local flooring companies are unable to find a product, we may also be unable to find it. But, it is always worth reaching out to us as we may have more connections to more manufacturers’ warehouses.
All orders will be processed the next business day. If your order consists of “In-Stock for Immediate Delivery” items, your order will ship 1-3 business days after processing. If your order contains items labeled as “Ships in 3-5 business days” or “Ships in 5-7 business days”, please allow the outlined time frame for the material to be received in our warehouse. Once the shipping warehouse receives the material, your order will be prepared for shipment and shipped to you or the “pick up” warehouse the next business day.
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information and the name of the freight carrier handling your shipment. For orders not shipped via UPS or FedEx, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Once your delivery leaves our warehouse, the actual delivery date and time will depend on the freight carrier. Tracking information will be made available to you once your product leaves our warehouse.

Orders with a total weight of less than 150 lbs. are shipped via UPS or FedEx ground.
All of our freight shipments require your presence – your signature is required. Freight shipments cannot be delivered unless a responsible adult is present at the shipping address during the scheduled delivery time frame given by the shipping company.
If a responsible adult is not present at the time of delivery or if the freight carrier cannot reach you to coordinate a delivery appointment, additional shipping and storage fees will be applied to your order.
Freight shipments will be unloaded curbside. It is your responsibility to arrange for the movement of the materials beyond this point. Delivery personnel are not permitted to enter a customer’s home at any time.
It is your responsibility to arrange for assistance carrying the shipment into their homes if needed; delivery personnel are not permitted to assist with this in any way.

Upon receiving your order, it is important to inspect all materials for any visible damage before signing for delivery. If any damage is found, please make a note of it on the proof of delivery, take pictures of the damage, and contact Ecotree Flooring immediately. To ensure the timely resolution of any discrepancies, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
